1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing this website (arulrkenterprises.com) or issuing purchase orders for our corrugated products and pallets, you agree to comply with the terms set forth herein by ARUL RK ENTERPRISES, Hosur – 635 109, Tamil Nadu.
2. Manufacturing Tolerances & Standards
All corrugated boxes, sheets, partitions, and die-cut packaging are manufactured in accordance with Indian Standards (IS:2771 / IS:1060) and industry-accepted packaging tolerances:
- Dimensional Tolerances: Inner dimensions are maintained within standard ±2.0 mm for regular slotted cartons and ±0.5 mm for rotary/flat-bed die-cut cartons.
- Paper Grammage & Burst Factor: Sourced paper complies with ±5% basis weight variations standard in paper mill conversion.
- Wood Pallets: ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets are certified under IPPC guidelines (56°C core for 30 minutes) and inspected prior to delivery.
3. Quotations & Custom Tooling
Estimates and quotations provided via our web forms or email are valid for 30 calendar days, subject to prevailing kraft paper market price adjustments. Tooling and stereo die costs for custom printed or die-cut profiles remain the exclusive commercial property of the commissioning client once settled.
4. Delivery, Inspection & Claims
Goods dispatched are accompanied by a delivery challan and batch inspection report. Any claim regarding count discrepancy or transport transit damage must be notified in writing within 48 hours of physical receipt at the customer's delivery bay.
5. Governing Law
All commercial contracts and website usage are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu and the Republic of India. Any legal dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu.
